Custom Logo in header not printing on all pages

I created a custom header on my report but it only prints on the first page and all other pages default back to the Zeiss logo. How do make it print on all pages? Also on the first page it is not listing the page number. For example if I have a 3 page report there is nothing listed at the bottom of page 1 but page 2 says "page 2 of 3" and page 3 says "page 3 of 3", how do I get it to show "page 1 of 3" on the first page?

You'll have to go into the editor and do the headers for the 2nd page. The change you made to the master page is not a GLOBAL change.
At least from what I know. lol I had to go in and format the second page so it would not default back to the Zeiss info.
