Calypso changing Nominals and or vectors on its own.

I'm quite OCD when it comes to programming to pure geometry. Really OCD...To the point it irritates me when I open a program and Nominals and or Vectors are skewed garbage.
So when I program a feature and then later open it up and the Nominals and or Vectors are skewed values, something is changing the numbers within Calypso!
This happens far too many times to ignore anymore.

Has anyone ran into this issue with v2021?
I've never had this issue with v2020.

I have had this issue when the CAD model has a different geometry than the drawing, and I select features directly from the model.

Too add to this, I have to requalify styli all the time.
I cant go even the typical 30 day interval without finding a styli that no longer capable of scanning, example a ring gage, to the correct size.

I have seen some unexplainable measurements where all of a sudden it's measuring location further off then they actually are, as well as sizes showing different measurements as well. We haven't had any collisions, made sure to re-check with a manual alignment, re-clean parts, check for burrs, and nothing. We would re-qualify our stylii, and magically, it measures correctly. I'm not sure this is the same thing, but something to be watching more closely for.

I personally haven't seen vectors changing, but I'll need to watch more closely and I'll report if find the same issue. Curious, are you using the latest service pack?

Once again.
I add a Circle in the X axis to relocate my center of ZY.
This damn software moved everything along the X axis! (This is a software internal issue, because my geometry hasn't changed).
The Circle has zero relevance on the X axis, ZERO, yet my features are no longer making contact where it was programmed in the X axis.
I perform a Manual Base Alignment and after, when the CNC takes over, THE PROGRAM ISNT MAKING PROPER CONTACT WITH MY FEATURES!
I am OCD with geometry. This crap should not be happening.

Sometimes a program gets a bad algorithm or two in it and recreating the program is the only solution, not sure how many times I've had to do it but, it happens.
When was the last time the CMM was calibrated by Zeiss, recently or several months?
Even though I know you probably know (sometimes we don't see a forest when focusing on just a few trees) but, here are some thoughts on other things that could be happening.
Set base alignment to zero could be un-checked in the alignment window? Loose probing, hair-line (actually smaller) fractures/cracks in stylus sphere or shaft can calibrate good on the sphere but, show error when actually scanning if not using dynamic tensor for qualification. Fixtures used to hold the part can move or the part in itself can move. A CMM can be knocked out of square and a probe calibration will not detect it.

I've gone thru all the typical solutions. I think this install or version is just a Bug Fest.
Its either call Orkin or Control+Alt+Sledgehammer. 🤣
