It must be in a database format or binary file that I can't read. Fortunately, I can copy the script to a text file and then copy and paste it to the CMM so it may not be too painful. C:\Users\Public\Documents\Zeiss\CALYPSO\config\env\values has all of my own custom output settings. Should be at the top, just after #outputFileDefinition. Problem is, it's a big honking text file with little in the way of human-readable formatting, so my eyes are glazing over trying to read it. I'm doing what you described, I think. I just have a text file on the network with all the definitions in it, and when I need to set up a new machine I just paste those in. The protocols.log and protocols_pre.log files appear to be logs of the files that were produced during the run.
