RDS XXT Offline Simulation Planner Wrong Location

So I have started to build my Stylus Systems on the Stylus System Creator So i can use in the simulation offline mode.

The ones for Duramax work perfect. I built some for our RDS XXT TL3 CMMs and they rotate to their respective axis BUT they are in the wrong location. I have attached an image that shows how Z- says the numbers are correct but the actual graphic of the Stylus shows its inside the part.

For some reason, the 0 point is not on the tip but on the center of the plate.

Is there any way to fix this? There were 2 posts that had a similar issue and i tried the fixes in those posts but they didn't work.

I do not have planner but I do see the issue.
In your Stylus data section, under Geometry, your X, Y, Z values are all set to 0. so Calypso thinks that the center of your probe is at the sensor 0,0,0 what you currently see in your photos. I'm not sure if re-qualifying will help but if that doesn't, you may have to adjust these values by the length of the system.

When your in Stylus creator, up where "Stylus System Tree" is, there is a PDF Icon. Click that, enter in your information in the pop-up window and you should have a pdf open up for you. At the bottom of that PDF is the nominal values for your stylus. Use that information for your Stylus geometry window.

Hope this helps.

(Side note: Ignore the Foxit Install window shown in the word document.)

Re-qualifying only added the green check mark but it did not change the values. I actually had to manually put numbers and then probe the surface of the part and keep adjusting the values until the probe went exactly where it should go. It took a while to get every probe corrected but your post helps a lot. I did not realize those values could be used on my offline seat lol.
Thank you.
