It behaves in the same way as ZLAU. [Jo...] Posted March 16, 2022 Share Posted March 16, 2022 I found myself on the phone with the Hotline when none of my licenses were showing up on the Zeiss Portal; maybe that was just a fluke on my end but they took care of it quickly and luckily I was able to get back on track pretty fast. It looks like others have chimed in already but in a nutshell I backed up the following folders from 2020: -data -config -protocol -workarea Then it was a simple uninstall of 2020 and installation of 2021, again that's where I ran into licensing issues here but that got worked out. You'll want to install the new service pack and patch from the Zeiss portal as well. However, as you experienced, they are quick to get it updated when requested.
