[Jo...] Posted March 16, 2022 Share Posted March 16, 2022 I found myself on the phone with the Hotline when none of my licenses were showing up on the Zeiss Portal; maybe that was just a fluke on my end but they took care of it quickly and luckily I was able to get back on track pretty fast. It looks like others have chimed in already but in a nutshell I backed up the following folders from 2020: -data -config -protocol -workarea Then it was a simple uninstall of 2020 and installation of 2021, again that's where I ran into licensing issues here but that got worked out.
