removing table files

We are sending the charactersitic table file to a specific location. I don't need the header or feature table file, and yet all 3 show up in the same file location. Is there a way to exclude the other files so only the chr.txt file goes to the file location? I know if I must, I can designate a seperate file location for the others, I was just hoping there was a setting I could change so I only get the desired .txt file.

Never mind, I figured out my own mistake. Instead of leaving the files to the default location, and adding the directory to the naming of the files, we changed the default locations which sent all files to the specific folder. I corrected it so only the characteristic files are now going to the specific folder location.
