Probe not calibrated

I calibrated it yesterday. It was fine this morning. I ran a program and now it's not calibrated and stops the program. 😕

I tried to search the forum using +not +calibrated. That's because I wanted to get results that used the exact 2 words "not calibrated" in a post. But no... apparently that's too difficult.

I think there was a post awhile ago that someone had the same problem but I can't find it. Looking for that elusive Zeiss workaround. 😡

I think the Calypso forum search is "out of calibration too" ! 🤣
I agree search is wonky.

I think I've had the "probe not calibrated" occur one or twice for no reason.

Are you sure there is no time limit or max # of qualifications set ?

I have experienced several times, after calibrating a 5-position probe, the next day the program gave an error because the calibration of 1 position was deleted. We continued by recalibrating.

Couldn't find fault with what could be causing this, it could be from Calypso 2021. We have not seen this bug in past versions.

Calypso 5(2014) has the same bug 😃

Sometimes a complete shutdown fixes it.

we have 2017 and we also lost one of styli positions
we checked after qualification everything and it was ok for sure
