[Br...] Posted January 21, 2022 Share Posted January 21, 2022 Has anyone ever made the mistake of selecting "PC Bonded License" instead of Dongle(if its supposed to be for a dongle of course.) when activating a new license? Well I did it and now it thinks my license is already activated but it doesn't show up in my list of active licenses. Is there a way to fix this or do I need Zeiss to fix it for me? You can try a license transfer (rehost return), but I don't know if that will allow you to switch it from PC bonded to Dongle. Please sign in to view this quote. Apparently it lets you, but all it does is log it as "Activated" so you can no longer activate it for the dongle and it is unusable obviously.
