shadow problem

Hello there. The shadows formed during the shooting have a negative effect on the piece as in the photo. Where am I going wrong? How can I solve and prevent this problem.

Hello Veli,

there is a setting in the acquisition parameters to avoid points at this positions. Also, during the polygonization the measurements won't be taken into account so the polygonized mesh won't show this.
