Maximize, minimize, resize, snap and drag windows outside of Calypso. Savable customized workspaces.

I placed an improvement idea on Zeiss's My Voice webpage. Please review this idea and vote if inclined. Basically, I'd love to be able to maximize, minimize, resize, and snap all windows within Calypso and drag windows outside of the main Calypso window. I'd also like to be able to save customized workspaces.

I've had a improvement post on resizing dialog box windows for quite some time now.
It had about 5 votes.

I loose a lot of time selecting dialog boxes and scrolling or highlighting to see all the text.
I have rules for Characteristic naming, nothing exceeds 32 characters in length and with that limitation, dialog boxes are TOO SMALL.

Attached is a naming convention guideline for Characteristics (and one for Stylus naming).
Use as needed, just give credit where due.
