printer scale

I have an issue only when Send to printer option is selected. When automatic printing is selected, it crops the edges like the border or scale is wrong. I can print from the icon in the report and it is fine.

Is the font large too? I've seen this happen with our Compact report (text files).
Open an existing report > Format Font > change the font back to 8.

I don't think so. It is PiWeb protocol. It acts more like margins issues but I can't find out where it goes wrong. The shrink to printable area is selected in template

Multiple printout>open PiWeb Designer> Tools>Settings

have you changed the format size to 'letter' in PiWeb Designer. I think it is set to A4 by default.

I already checked, and it is Letter. IDK I though I saw a thread on this topic before but can't locate it.

Since A4 is narrower than letter, you will likely need to adjust the sizes and/or locations on some of the fields when you edit the size to letter.
