MMC on radius

[[Da...]]

Hello All,

How do you apply MMC to radius ?

[[Ma...]]

If you enable MMC for circle it will automatically create "Diameter" evaluation - you just double this radius tolerance.

But it can be pain in the a** with such small part of radius. I would rather see basic dimension on it with bigger position tolerance

This is not a feature of a size, how could the designer give a position tolerance!!.should be a profile tolerance...

Double the Radius and double the tolerance.
I will generally mask that characteristic so it doesn't show in the report, but calypso can still use it for MMC.
If your Radius can be 51.5 to 51.7, then your diameter can be 103.0 to 103.4

Go to Feature Representation and change it from Diameter to Radius.

Seems like a perfect opportunity for using Profile.
