Rotating points

I have measured a plane , which normal along X + axis. Then I copy paste that plane and change space axis to x minus for creating a new plane and I change the x-axis dimension according to my drawing requirement but the point in the X minus plane rotated by 90 degree as shown in the figure, is there is any way to to rotate the point the same as X + plane. I tried with the the start angle but it rotate the plane instead of points.

You don't need a CAD model. Just open the strategy and click circle
path on plane. You can set the start angle/Angle Range/Diameter.

The rotation of the points should depend on the direction of the X/Y axes of the plane's local coordinate system. So if you can make them match - by changing the second plane's rotation and also size/location if needed - the points should follow.
