Probe ball not attached in offline

I'm a programmer who had spent years working with PC-DMIS and have been adjusting to Calypso the past few weeks.

I was recently set up with an offline seat and have been trying to set up a stylus system to use in simulation mode. I followed whatever instructions I could find on the internet to get it setup and had followed them.

I started by fixing the machine settings
Then built the master probe in the stylus system creator
Then imported the ssc master probe. But as you can see plate isn't attached to the holder, and the ball is also not attached.
Is there anything I can do about this? Have I skipped any steps?
I found PC-DMIS collision detection to be really useful and would like to use simulation mode if possible.

I don't work with XXT and RDS, but the stylus already looks misplaced in the stylus creator.
