[Ke...] Posted August 19, 2021 Share Posted August 19, 2021 I have loaded a new stylus system by hand but I keep getting the error message that the roller contacts are still open. I have attached a picture of the contacts of an old stylus system (left) compared to the new stylus sytem (right). I am assuming my issue is the contacts being different on the bottom of the stylus system, is this accurate? [Ja...] Posted August 19, 2021 Share Posted August 19, 2021 I dont think you can do anything about this. Make sure you buy the correct adapter plate. It looks like you have a XXT TL3 sensor and should make sure the description on website matches your sensor. Most likely you have bought an incorrect adapter plate.
