[Kh...]
Hello, Whenever I run a measuring plan at high speed ~30mm/s, the whole machine shake when it moves between contact points. I know the machine is designed to do that but is there anyway I can limit the acceleration so that it can travel more smooth? Thank you

First up all 30mm per second is not high speed, I have been working with contura G2 more than 3 years and I did not observe any jerking as you mentioned. The only way to control acceleration is controlling the speed but you are already running in minimum level speed I think.
[Aa...]
I would also be interested in this, but for a different reason. Our micura when running more than a speed of 60 to 65, will sometimes when accellerating in the Y direction (so the bridge has to move) will use enough air that the inlet pressure drops too low and the drives kick off, requiring us to re-enable the drives, switch the stoplight to green, and restart whatever routine or program we were running. If we could sacrifice a little accelleration to prevent this, it might be worth it.

You can then speed up the program navigation and it will run fast between features and probe changes, but slowly inside small feature strategy. [Da...]
Aaron, I had a similar problem with a contura. Try cleaning the scale for the Y axis, you will find it up inside the bridge it looks like a flat brass bar. I just used some alcohol to clean ours. [No...]
Maybe the speed mentioned above was a typo? I think it should be more like 300 mm/s, right? Indeed there is no way to set the acceleration in Calypso. I never understood this, since in all predecessors (UMESS) this was a a standard setting. But there is another option: On C99 controllers (at least), acceleration can be set per axis in a parameter in the controller. Unforntunately I don't remember the parameter name right now. When I have some spare time, I'll try to look it up. It might even be possible to set it via the undocumented cmmInquire() PCM function (but I never tried). Apart from that, only a service tech can change that parameter with his servicing software.

Thanks for your help, but it was not a typo, at 300mm/s, when the bridge stop, the stylus system would be ripped out of the sensor, that's how intense the acceleration is. I will try setting with the control box.
[No...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Just for clarification: I didn't mean the joystick box, but the controller unit. To change parameters, you have to connect to it with a special proprietary software (TESO or whatever they're using nowadays).

Sorry, I decided not to put this out in the public, as I think it's too risky for non-experienced users. All I will say on the forum is: yes, it's possible!
