Printer puzzle

I am asking for a friend....

He wrote a program and ran it on his cmm. He is not using Multiple Report. In his run window, he has Custom Printout active and the "Send Results to Printer" option is checked and the report is printing on his local networked printer.

The same program was proven out on another CMM, in another building and the report printed on their local networked printer.

Now, he is running the program, proven in other building back on the original machine but reports are being printed on printer in other building.

If he manually selects Print from the menu of the Custom Printout screen, it prints on his local printer.

Can't find what might be causing this. Any thoughts?

Maybe try define printer under: Extras -> Settings -> Environment... -> Printer

Maybe have him check the computer's printer default? Could the computer somehow have the default set to the printer in the other building?

Yes, it was checked. When you click Print from the menu at the top of custom printout, it goes to the right printer. In CNC mode, it goes to wrong printer.

Resources -> Feature Setting Editor... -> Printer

And make sure "Set To: Default Printer"

Maybe look in Resources\Features setting editor\Printer and make sure it didn't get changed there.
