1st Autorun setup

Many thanks to Shabu for sharing the setup instructions in his post.
Am following along with the attached directions.
I have Manually located each part then renamed the Base Alignment for that part's location.
When I select Execute manual run after renaming the parts, the Zeiss goes straight into a run and skips any alignment.

Is there a way to run an Alignment only to be sure the locations are correct without running the entire part?

This is an hour + run time per part, I don't want to wait through the entire run if I don't have to.

Hi,

you can edit what you want to measure, but you must select at least one characteristic.

Right mouse click on palette, select "Define measure plan parameters" and select at "Actual select" icon to choose desired characteristic.
