[Mi...] Posted April 1, 2021 Share Posted April 1, 2021 Recently something happened with the CMM controller that caused it to lose calibration and stop functioning. I spoke with a service tech who kindly provided me with instructions to re-calibrate. The re-calibration went fine and the joysticks were easily re-calibrated by me per the instruction (PDF) provided, but there was nothing on the controller speed adjustment knob. Currently I cannot control the CMM speed. It wants to run wide open. Is there an on-screen control for this somewhere? Is there a calibration routine out there that covers the knob itself? [Ow...] Posted April 5, 2021 Share Posted April 5, 2021 Not the answer you're looking for but, I've had to recalibrate the box using the same procedure and never had an issue with the speed switch afterward, everything went fine.. I did have to replace a joystick box with a new one (26SE box) in 2018 for a bit less than $3K because something went berzerk with the circuit board in it.
