I think using slot, you can check only line profile.

If you have Curve, section it and scan a 2d line thru it.(repeat and several levels if you want to meet Profile of a surface)

Thank's for info. I measure the Slot with points and is ok but the problems is the time (long time) . If is possible for remove the Clear Plane between points? I want to measere without Clear Plane . Thanks

Yes, it is possible use sub clearance plane and give clearance distance zero.

Can I ask how you calculate profile with points?.

You can take space point distances off the model which tells you how for you deviate from the surface. You then find your largest deviation and double it to determine your profile actual result if it's a bilateral profile. It get's more complicated if it is unilateral or has uneven distribution.

I used the points because i want the length and width at the slot. For profile i used the curve.
