[Fa...]
Hello everyone, I'm trying to setup a pallet program in AutoRun. Is there a way to get rid of the following messages at the start of every part? Pretty much kills the whole pallet thing. No PCM available... Thanks in advance Fabio
[Da...]
Hi Fabio, sorry I don't have an answer to you question, I'm only curios, do you really have 7,8 coefficient on all scales?
[Fa...]
Hi Dane, Default is set to 7,8. Screenshots were taken on our offline seat. I was trying to figure out a solution and see what switches back to default after the first part. Usually we don't change the defaults for scales. [Ri...]
Are you actually using Temperature Compensation? If you are, and you don't have built in probes, go into the Temperature Compensation menu, and delete where it shows which sensors it is reading from. If you aren't, then just turn it off. Deleting the numbers for the sensors at least skips the first window. Thanks for that. Still have to hit "OK" for every part...
[Da...]
Hm, how about unchecking the Temperature Compensation checkbox?
[Da...]
Please sign in to view this quote. I'm also measuring on Contura and it has this sticker on it -> CTE X, Y, Z axis 0E-6/°C Just saying, maybe something to put more attention on. [Da...]
As far as I know, you usually can't even change the coefficients of the scales. They are set up to the correct value according to the material of the scales. There are different scale materials in use, I think there are gold scales and glass ceramic scales. Not sure if they still use Invar scales.
