Datum system error

I want to create a datum system by activating MMC.
However, I am getting the error in the picture below.
Can you help with this problem?

it does not work for the reason stated in the dialog: the maximum virtual condition is violated (checks "S" on both circles).

to aid the translation of this ..the datum fails at step 1 .  if the element that it is based on fails then the datum cannot be created . 

the only way to get around the error is to increase the tolerance of the size to allow the mathematics to work .   but of course you would need to understand the implication of doing so .

The intended behavior if you have a datum system under material requirement with violated material condition is:

1) Creation of the datum system should be possible

2) Datum System remains uncomputed and delivers the displayed error.

I assume the screenshot with disabled OK button is taken from the edit creation of the datum system.
