Password not working

I can't open Calypso under Master using the password that was created. "calypso" is the password and it says invalid password. Not sure what is going on. I didn't change it. IT was over here on Friday after security updated. I don't believe that they would have changed the password. It was more for rights for the drive that the programs are stored on. Not for anything to with Calypso software itself. I can get it to open using the other log-in for the cell the machine is at, but it goes straight to AutoRun.

How can I find out what the password is for "Master" log-in? This is so weird to me. How would it have lost the the password? I've never had this issue any other time. I did have to turn the machine off last week and then again this morning for an error issue which is common here because the programs are not on an internal drive. It's a connection issue and CMM doesn't know what to do. (550 Error during writing of operating data) Turning off the CMM, restarting, going to "Home" position fixes the issue everytime.

1) C:\Users\Public\Documents\Zeiss\CALYPSO 6.8\config and open the "values" file in NotePad

2) do a find for the word "Master" that has "pwd" behind it

3) your password should be inside ' '
