[SH...]
I want to check a radius at complicated cam profile I marked in red colour S32 radius, I have attached the full drawing also, I have conturaG2 fixed head.how can I measure it?? This is first I am working this like profile.cp7c3u-11376-da_20190903-3.pdfIMG_20200812_172452.jpg
[Me...]
Constrain the X Y & Z locations in a Radius Characteristic, if you have a model.

Within 2 days I will get the CAD model, what would be the evaluation method, I mean it is maximum inscribed circle?? If I Constrain all the axis , I will get a good result?. I remember someone else told in this forum after constraining he got fake result.. 🙄
[Cl...]
I'm guessing that detail has multiple locations around the ID? That being the case, scan high point density 2d curves on those surfaces. Then use Maximum Coordinate for each curve. This will give you the max point in each curve. Then you can recall those points into circle feature and constrain whatever work-plane the measurements done in. You might need to create several secondary alignments to align to each curve, so you can get the X, or Y Max coordinate.

[Ma...]
I would scan it with 2d curve, then simply make cuts with T. planes ( each per 3° as drawn ) and that last one that should touch I would take out from CAD model and that would be last point for circle.
