[Ma...]
On a part I'm measuring, I use MMC for the true positions. For some reason, my report shows "copies" of the true positions without the MMC (shown in the picture) even though I don't have any of those in my measurement plan. Why is that? How do I make the report show only the MMC true positions? In other words, I want to get rid of all the "position" lines (in the picture) that do not have "M". That is useful for you calculate cp and cpk analysis. That is the percentage of tolerance used. You can't delete it without PCM if it annoying you. PCM stands for parameter coded measurement. It calls for separate licence.if you are good in computer c programming for Pascal PCM will not be a bitter pill to swallow otherwise it will be. [Ri...]
Please sign in to view this quote. This isn't really an annoyance as it is a FALSE OOT condition (Out Of Tolerance). Too many times PiWeb generates false OOT conditions based on this MMC/LMC tolerancing along with tolerancing the coordinates. This should be an option to toggle on or off or simply report without tolerances. I've spent far too much time explaining this problem to operators, customers and auditors. Time equals cost! [Ri...]
It should also remove the .X, .Y, .R, and .A. If it doesn't you can turn those off by disabling the additional printout.
