Brush tool

Brush tool option was used by me in characteristic creation of fifteen points.i wanna to check x axis nominal value of my points, it's nominal is zero and tolerance is plus or minus point two. I created one point characteristic and using brush tool option I created rest of the fourteen points characteristic. I did not get the nominal I set for first point,but the tolerance are same as first point.
How can I get the nominal same as the first point,I click the nominal button inside the brushing tool ..but don't work..
