Hi,

      After using Zeiss Quality Suite to update Inspect Pro to 2022 Service Pack 1, I am no longer able to open the Zeiss Quality Suite.


Is this a full re-install required to remedy?

Yes, a full installation fixed it.
Perhaps I should have installed the update to Zeiss Quality Suite prior to GOM Software.....

Normally a full re-install should not be necessary. In our tests, updating from Inspect Pro to 2022 SP 1 via the suite always worked without any problems.

We would like to investigate the problem in more detail to find out the cause. Therefore, it would be a great help if you could open a ticket for this problem via support.optical.metrology@zeiss.com with a detailed description about the behavior.
