[Mi...] Posted November 11, 2022 Share Posted November 11, 2022 Hi, After using Zeiss Quality Suite to update Inspect Pro to 2022 Service Pack 1, I am no longer able to open the Zeiss Quality Suite. In our tests, updating from Inspect Pro to 2022 SP 1 via the suite always worked without any problems. We would like to investigate the problem in more detail to find out the cause. Therefore, it would be a great help if you could open a ticket for this problem via support.optical.metrology@zeiss.com with a detailed description about the behavior.
