I need the outermost point of the hole as my distance back to the plane.I have never done this and only done center line back to the plane. My CMM programmer is also not sure how to do this. This shaft will then have a key inserted into it and it needs to pass a slip test. So that size will be used for a function check. This is essentially a pass/fail fixture. No standards on print.
