I would advise you to write to software.license@zeiss.com with your question.

The online setup has never worked for me but they have always responded via email promptly whenever I have had an issue.

If you have a valid SMA, than check at who signed off on it in your company. Here it turned out to be my Quality Engineer. We had to get him registered into the Portal, then log onto his name and everything we needed was right there. Did the update license thing, and the system emailed him the new entitlement IDs.
