GOM inspect for detect weak design in a 3D part?

As the title can I use GOM inspect to detect weak design in a 3D part that's imported from CAD program (such as CATIA). By weak design I mean an area that has lower thickness than design value. For example I have a 3D plastic part that has overall thickness 3mm. but for some reason (slopper design, wrong typing number, etc.) there's some area that has only 0.5mm. which can cause a problem during mold design.

I know I can use CATIA to detect this problem by use sectioning command but it's kind of manual work that takes a time. So I would like to confirm if GOM inspect has a way to detect weak design by rendering all thickness of whole part in one go or something?

you can create a material thickness comparison for your part (or regions of interest) and then place a minimum label on it for example.
