[Je...]
So im having an issue with my probe not hitting in the same spot everytime. It is effecting my measurements and im not sure what is going on. Can someone help. And for some reason I feel like everything is backwards on my screen vs on my actual CMM. When I take hits on one side its putting them on the other, like my model isn't right but I cant get it to transform correctly.

So those hits I actually took on the CMM and they should be on the side but don’t show up on my car model that way.D1CE8C41-4B43-4FA0-8F2F-1FA22E4E9EAE.jpeg
[Ky...]
Can you try to hit your points in the CAD model. That way you are sure the probe is going to where you want before you run it. I have found if you have a CAD model it seems to work better that way. IMOP.
[Ke...]
Are you looping your Base Alignment? Are you using a Planer Rotation in your Base Alignment?
[Ro...]
Make sure you have rotation set in your alignment, then loop it 2 times. Looping will help fix any issues you might have with fixturing & repeatable load.jkjhhghfgfg.JPG
[Je...]
I am using a planar rotation. I have a 3d line because I measure plane circle circle.

[Me...]
Based on your previous posts it seems you're using features for planar rotation that do not accurately define a proper vector to solve an alignment. Does your feature that defines the planer rotation have vectors that are perpendicular to your spatial feature? Post a picture of your Base Alignment dialogue box and a picture of the features that make up the Base Alignment on the model.
[Am...]
I think we need to see what the base alignment looks like, I think its gonna have something to do with you planar rotation feature.
