[Gr...] Posted February 24, 2020 Share Posted February 24, 2020 Just spent 4 hrs on the phone with Zeiss without a solution. Sorry they did create a batch file for us to use Here is the issue. HPZ440 workstation Windows 10 Calypso 2019 service pack 6.8.08 plus patches 6.8.0804 & 6.8.0806 used exclusively for offline planner. HPZ440 workstation Windows 10 Calypso 2019 service pack 6.8.08 plus patches 6.8.0804 & 6.8.0806 used with the Accura 2. HPZ4 workstation Windows 10 Calypso 2019 service pack 6.8.08 plus patches 6.8.0804 & 6.8.0806 used with a Contura G2. When we go to The File pull down menu hit exit, get message want to end software we hit yes to have Calypso keep rebooting over and over and over. The only way to get it to shut down is thru the task manager. If we log out of Calypso using the X in upper right corner the software still keeps rebooting and all the user data which remembers the window locations, sizes, all user profile information save paths info, is all deleted.
