[Ch...] Posted January 10, 2020 Author Share Posted January 10, 2020 UPDATE: I called Zeiss service and we couldn't figure it out. The problem was forwarded to the development team in Germany and none of their suggestions worked. Ultimately, Gearpro was uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked just fine. Typical IT problem.
