In the CP-CPK calculation, we want to make the calculation according to 2 in the trend label formula as 1.33.

could you explain a little bit more what you like to achieve? The '.2' in the expresssion of the label template editor are the number of digits you get. Usually we only show the calculated value of Pp or Ppk, we don't check them against a specified number (this differs from company to company).
