[Li...] Posted December 18, 2019 Share Posted December 18, 2019 #1 On an offline seat/simulation, how do I get access(to be able to choose from) to any and all stylus and stylus system on the various CMM's throughout the plant? #2 How long of a stylus stem can you put together on a VAST XXT TL3 head? [Ro...] Posted December 18, 2019 Share Posted December 18, 2019 #1 Go to your CMM's around the shop and open the probe tool box and "export" all the probes to a network location or flash drive, then when you get to your offline seat Import them in. If you want to make your offline seat a "Clone" of one of your CMM's, go to your CMM and go to EXTRAS>SETTINGS>MISCELLANEOUS and under the Maintenance tab Save a backup on a network drive. Then go to your offline seat and do the same thing but click Restore. Right now I am building stylus for a system that is 166mmx5mm. All the angles I have done so far are giving pretty good "S:" values.
