3D Curve

I created a 3d (spiral) curve @ 3 levels. It finishes on the 3rd level,
but still has a few millimeters to go. How do I connect that segment?
I picked all the curves that make this entire segment.

It ends farther back from were it should. See the 2 points inside the
red box? The one on the upper left is were the scan ends. I want
it to end at the point on the lower right.

To connect the Segments start- endpoint must be "nearly" the same.

Try to create a Helix up and down as one 3d-curve. If direction Cosinus nz = 0.000. The Deviation calculation is like a 2d-curve.

There is no 3d-plot available, therefore CAD-Plot must be used.
