[He...] Posted November 9, 2019 Share Posted November 9, 2019 In the characteristic 2-point diameter there is a radio-button for Envelope condition. This will make Calypso evaluate (for a hole) the maximum 2-point diameter as max-value and maximum inscribed cylinder (or circle) for the min value. For a shaft it is the other way around. This is not a perfect approach since it will only evaluate 2 point diameters from the same circle path but for machined parts it should be fine.
