[Ad...] Posted October 16, 2019 Share Posted October 16, 2019 We recently installed the latest version of Calypso on one of our Contura CMMs testing the water before we upgrade our other CMMs. Only snag we have so far is using CAD Evaluations if I select Characteristics in the Characteristics tab in the Evaluation window it will no longer display any results regardless of options checked (Actual,Nominal,Identifier....) If I select feature banners instead it works. There are a lot of programs we regularly use with CAD presentations saved that use Characteristics so I'd like to resolve the issue if possible rather than create new presentations for each program. [Ri...] Posted October 16, 2019 Share Posted October 16, 2019 Hmm... Interesting. I've been using 2019 since it was released with no issues in the CAD Evaluation portion of it. Final word from Zeiss is there was a software change in 2019 version that prevents any masked features from being able to display in a CAD Presentation.
