[Mo...]
Our 4 year old Contura came with a VAST XTR sensor. It stopped rotating after the first year, but we were able to use regular VAST adapters and use the sensor without rotating until now. We got error "66 limit value violation during taration". It happens with all probe systems. Zeiss technician advised we need to replace the head at the cost of $20K (for a refurbished sensor). We have an older machine with VAST XT head that lasted 14 years and still going. What's your experience with the VAST XT Gold or XTR heads? I know not many XTR heads out there, but curious to see how long you had yours if you have one. Also how long your XT Gold probe heads lasted and what was the reason to replace it if you had to replace.
