[Cl...] Posted September 30, 2019 Share Posted September 30, 2019 We are trying to pass a Gage R&R, but keep failing mainly due to one dimension. Two 45 deg angles being measured with the camera. I do two methods, one is a regular 2d line, and the other is a 2d line constructed by recalling curve points. Settings are, (Threshold - Average mean filter). The measurements are clean, but it keeps hovering around 40%. Any tips that you think might help.
