[No...]
Run the following code: string1=qm() display(string1) string2=qm()+qm() display(string2) string3=qm()+qm()+qm() display(string3) The last display() command throws an error. Why?
[Ri...]
I'm a PCM noob, but when I compute the parameter, I just get "Nil".
[Is...]
no problems, with Calypso 6.6.
[No...]
Strange. I was testing with 6.4.2002. Should this be THE bug that was fixed in 6.6? 😮 I'll try again with 6.6. Stand by.....
[No...]
Indeed, it was. Works like a charm in 6.6! The real problem behind this was to get Eric's PCM code from the thread "...save probe calibration report..." to work. It always failed when I tried to add double quotes to the output to write a proper CSV file. Maybe I should finally make the transition to Calypso 2018... 🙄
[Da...]
Norbert, you also have 6.4.28 as an option. I'm not sure if it holds fixes though.
[No...]
I know, but I skipped this service pack intentionally because I'm planning on going to 2018 right away on all machines. But I have to rule out possible issues with 2018's new image processing on the O-Inspect first.
[Ri...]
Please sign in to view this quote. I haven't noticed any negative issues with the new image processing. I love the morphological filters, and the auto-focus is much better now. I just got my 2019 license(s) yesterday, so I can test out the new parallel processing on our O-Inspect. I'm excited for that. [No...]
I had a few issues which were mostly resolved in the latest service pack (to be honest, it had probably nothing to do with the image processing itself, but started with the same SP). Unfortunately Zeiss also re-introduced an old issue, which is assigned autofocus not working with certain elements. Since I had trusted this one to be gone forever, I had continued using assigned autofous instead of just a Z formula. Now I have to check all programs (again) and put in formulas. 🙄
[Ri...]
Yeah. I've had issues with that. The latest Service Pack of 2018 seems to address that. I believe it had to do with contrast errors. Some times I could just delete the auto focus point and try again.
