[Ra...] Posted June 7, 2019 Share Posted June 7, 2019 Updated from 5.8 yesterday. Things going smoothly until last evening when an operator could not qualify a stylus system. This morning, I begin to look into it by running the qual program and find this error message: I searched the forums and found nothing yet. I'm posting in the hopes that someone is up early! [Ja...] Posted June 7, 2019 Share Posted June 7, 2019 Can you post the log file that is located in the stated directory? EDIT: It is saying ref. sphere name already exists. Are you using two ref. spheres or one sphere together with a virtual sphere? When does this happen? When referencing sphere position? Or when qualifying stylus? [Ra...] Posted June 7, 2019 Author Share Posted June 7, 2019 A bit more information: I was editing the reference sphere radius to reflect the actual dimension.
