Zeiss PDF Printer7 bug

We have been saving measurement reports in PDF format for years. They have always saved automatically after the run has been completed and report is generated.

However, this morning after we ran the first part of the day, a Save As dialog box appeared during the report generation. 1706_2c0747cc1c5c4d763e284c5d7f3d1490.png
Has anyone seen this before?

Is there a way to get it back to saving automatically?

We are using Calypso 6.2.06
No, we do not use PiWeb. We use a software called QC-Calc to collect the table files for SPC reporting and just the default PDF reports for individual parts.

maybe would be solved installing the ZEISS PDF Patch (ZeissPdfInstall20160801.vbe),
you will find it in the folder: ZEISS PDF Printer of the service pack... 1375_2764f4b549244f78e2a596a343fd8208.png
takes some minutes working in Background, in my case the PDF files were not saved before to install this

My CMM tech did a little more digging on this issue and found that the Multiple Printouts option had been checked.

We unchecked this box and it fixed the problem.
