You can go to Resources/Save/Load Defaults/Filter/Outlier tab and turn it on there but that only does the characteristic side. Since the Cookbook I do all filtering on the feature side so this doesn't help much. I use the Transfer Tool a lot now for transferring the evaluations so I only set a few and then transfer.
