Measurement Plan Information

When adding setup pictures in the Measurement Plan Information tab, I combine multiple pictures into a PDF instead of a Power Point Presentation. I've noticed with either method that the picture quality declines...

Does anyone know a better method in which the picture quality is better?

Put the pictures in a Microsoft word document.
For some reason it holds a higher resolution.
Plus you can type instructions and have a wide range of picture editing tools, arrows, speech bubbles, highlight, mirror, etc, ect.

If that isn't what you want, try saving in the TIFF format, you can scroll with it.

I take pictures with my cell phone, then open and save
them as a .bmp to re-size it to fit, add text, arrows, etc.

If I create measurement plane on offline computer, I put PDF instruction in to measurement plane folder. After that I send it to archive and put to the server. Operator load archive, unzip it and save to CMM computer. Will user information work after all this manipulation? Full name folder on offline and on CMM can be different.

Yes. I typically save all plan related items in the Measurement Plan folder. Then, when I want to transfer program to a different location, I just grab the MP folder and drag it wherever I want it. Zipping it when I need to.
