Volumetric accuracy

I was wondering if anyone could tell me where to find (if not the calibration report) the volumetric accuracy, resolution and repeatability of my machine (Zeiss O inspect 543 ). And if it is on the calibration report, where 😕

If it is a Zeiss calibration report, go to page 1 of x. The heading should say Calibration Certificate.

Under item 1.1 Limit of length measurement error MPE, you should see something like

MPE(E0) - 1.8 + L/350 (µm)

On the next line, there is info regarding the range of the 3 repeat measurements of all 105 points.

Resolution, I suppose that can be out 6 places though 6 places in metric, you're probably trying to measure light. 😃

Repeatability and Resolution are common specs for CNC machines and maybe US made CMM's (i don't know) but Zeiss machines are calibrated to ISO 10360. I've attached a little something on that.
