Extracting Features from S/M

Our Contura G2 with an XT Gold scan head when running Calpyso 5.6 was set up when features extracted from Solid Models, they had an inspection path automatically set with a certain number of probing points for the scan paths.
1_ Since upgrading to Calypso 6.4, (which we did because be added a smaller table Contura) when I extract features from S/Ms, planes do not have scan paths on them like they did with 5.6... why not?
2_ How do we set the number of points to be collected with the different types of scans?
I thought I knew where to go to change the settings to make the features import set the way we want them setup, but obviously I don't.
I am always grateful for help from the forum, so thank you in advance for your helpful input.

Sounds like someone went through the time to set the defaults up in save / load defaults on the old system and those settings were not copied over to the new setup.

You can setup how extracted features will be extracted / measured in the menu - Resources -> Save / Load Defaults

You might also want to look in the menu - Extras -> Settings -> Measurement Tab under methods if needed to switch from single points to scan paths.
