Use if to determine if L1 or L2 is smaller. Use L1 or L2 - low limit of slot (0.250) to find bonus Add base tolerance to bonus for total MMC Tolerance. Add that tolerance to the TP. This will keep the questions down on why the tolerance keeps changing and how exactly you got to that number.
